Hines & Cecelia Pegram
The crossover journey of Hines and Cecelia Pegram into covenant, Torah, and the Messianic movement began in the 1990s, including trips to Israel and Jubilee gatherings in 1998, and Feasts of the L-rd facilitators. Since then, they have been members of Messianic Congregations in Charlotte and Wilmington, NC, serving in leadership positions of Deacons, then Elders.
John Lashare
On July 16, 2009, John and his beloved wife Roberta — of blessed memory — crossed over to the Messianic covenant world together. They were active in Messianic congregations in Paragould and Pocahontas, Arkansas. It was while visiting John's hometown of Conway, South Carolina that they first attended Melech Ha Olam in 2016, immediately feeling the love and shalom of the congregation. Roberta's faithful spirit remains woven into the fabric of this community. John continues to serve with devotion in her memory.
Jackie Johnson
Jackie Johnson's spiritual journey from Greenwood, South Carolina to Myrtle Beach has been marked by profound growth and discovery. Raised in the Baptist tradition, Jackie sought deeper truths beyond the familiar sermons of her youth. Her quest for a richer understanding led her to a non-denominational church where a friend invited her to Melech Ha Olam during Rosh Hashanah in 2014. That invitation opened the door to a new spiritual home, marked by an embracing shalom and love.
Elaine Lilling
Drawn by the music and dance of the Messianic movement, Elaine became involved in a Messianic Synagogue as a young woman. Over the years she has grown through learning and practicing Torah. Elaine has had the privilege and honor of leading Dance in several Congregations, and has served for years as the Melech Ha Olam Dance Coordinator.
Joseph & Darley Caruso
Joseph and Darley Caruso met years ago in a Sabbath-keeping church. The more they studied G-D's word, the more they learned they were missing out in G-D's special times and blessings to draw close to HIM. They both had a special place in their hearts for Jerusalem and the Jewish nation as a whole, and knew they needed to draw nearer to G-D and HIS will for HIS people.
Sherri Rogers
Sherri Rogers began her Torah walk in 1998 in Denver, CO. She has been actively involved in Messianic communities since and was led to move to Myrtle Beach in 2023 — a move ordained by the Ruach HaKodesh to utilize her specific gifts at Melech Ha Olam. A trained facilitator of inner emotional healing since 2001, Sherri is the author of Healing Wings: Examining the True Source of Healing. AD-NAI uses her to strengthen and encourage the faith of the saints through intercession, the prophetic word, and teaching the effects of righteous living as outlined in Torah.
